About Heliast

Governance for private AI: every model admitted, measured and evidenced, wherever it runs.

Who is behind this

Heliast is built and sold by Kye, its founder. Every verdict Heliast publishes is a decision he is accountable for, and the naming is deliberate: a record nobody stands behind is a record nobody should trust.

You can reach him directly on a discovery session, and the same person runs the pilot.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, remote by default and on site when it helps.

What Heliast is

A governance layer for private AI estates: on your own hardware, in a private data centre or in your cloud tenancy. It starts as a paid pilot on one workload.

If you are deciding whether it is for you, the qualification page asks the questions we would ask on a call. If you want the price and what a pilot covers, that is Pricing.

The AI workload you want governed, on your own hardware, in a private data centre or in your cloud tenancy. One example is enough.

Whatever it is. A policy, a customer requirement, a contract, or an AI bill that keeps growing.
