On exit and portability
The estate is yours to keep running. Nothing in it depends on a call to us.
What you keep
Policy is Rego in your Git repository, and it is yours on exit. The audit ledger is a Postgres table in your environment, and you can export it.
Models are content-addressed and reproducible from a commit and a set of digests, so your estate can be rebuilt without us.
The licence keeps working
The offline licence is a signed file with no phone-home and no kill switch. Nothing stops working when the commercial relationship ends.

We hold no vendor-side copy of your prompts, completions or documents.
What ending the relationship does not do
A severed site receives update bundles by the delivery route it chose, and the commercial relationship ending does not by itself change your hardware or your team.
Portability is a property of the estate, not a project we run before we leave.
